  • After a long meal with countless dishes, you start to feel drowsy — but what can you do, with the gathering still far from over? It's awkward to leave, and dozing off in your chair won't do. That's probably how the custom of drinking coffee after a meal came about — an invigorating, delicious drink, and, I'll add, one with many faces, since there are countless ways to make it, each better than the last. Take cappuccino: it's long been one of my favorites, always invigorating and a pleasure with its excellent flavor and unique aroma. You can treat yourself to a cup in the morning to start the day with energy and a good mood. It's not hard to make, and the result is amazing — see for yourself.
