Lavash Roll with Mushrooms, Herbs, and Cheese
A wonderfully mushroomy appetizer — protein-rich and ridiculously tasty! Recently my two little cousins came to stay while I looked after them. Like any kids, they immediately started asking for treats. I really didn't want to feed them junk, so I got creative and made them lavash with mushrooms. My little guests were absolutely delighted. If you'd like to surprise your kids with this unusual dish too, just follow the steps below. (Lavash is a thin Armenian flatbread.)

Cooking method
- Start by laying out the first sheet of lavash, spreading it with mayonnaise, and sprinkling it with chopped dill and parsley. Lay the second sheet on top of the first, spread it with mayonnaise too, and scatter over the finely chopped cooked mushrooms. Then take the third sheet, place it on top, spread it well with mayonnaise, and cover it with finely grated cheese. Roll all three sheets up together into one log and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, slice the lavash-and-mushroom roll into pieces and serve.
