Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Chop the cabbage in any convenient way. I have a thin strip, so it will boil in the soup and be soft and delicious.
Step 2:
Thoroughly rinse the chicken wings, thoroughly peel off the skin and boil. Drain the first broth and cook again. If you want to make the soup even easier - cook the wings 3-4 times, draining the old broths.
Step 3:
Cut potatoes into cubes, it seems to me more aesthetically pleasing. Next, we lower the potatoes into the second boiled broth, cook for twenty minutes, and then add the cabbage. Cook for another 10 minutes. Then add the maggi cube and the rest of the seasonings to taste. Close the lid and let it brew for 10-20 minutes.
Chicken wings should be thoroughly rinsed with running water. Carefully remove the skin from the wings, otherwise the fat content of the soup will only increase! It is advisable not to separate the meat from the bones, but to cook it with bones, since there is a lot of collagen in chicken bones, which for losing weight is the most important part in losing weight: collagen is responsible for skin tightening, the integrity of hair and nails. You can also not add a maggi cube, but add, say, coriander, lemongrass, paprika and bay leaf, but I decided to treat myself and add a little harmfulness. Accordingly, if you add the above seasonings, the soup will only become more useful! To begin with, boil the chicken wings. The first broth is drained, as we are preparing a diet soup. Ideally, if you want to lose weight well and quickly, you need to cook such soups on the third or even fourth broth. While the broth boils for the second time, we will cut the cabbage, as you like: straws, finely, cubes. I have a large straw. We cut the potatoes into squares, for me it is more aesthetic. When the broth boils, turn down the heat and spread the potatoes. Cook for 15-20 minutes, then add the cabbage. After 10 minutes, add a cube of maggi, mole and pepper to taste. Turn off the stove, cover our soup with a lid and let the remaining ones brew. Bon appetit!
