Step 1:
To prepare three unique herring snacks, we prepare the necessary products and spices. Pour ten grams of gelatin with fifty milliliters of water (three and a half tablespoons) and prepare the gelatin in the second cup in a similar way, then set aside for swelling.
Step 2:
On a coarse grater, rub two hundred grams of beetroot into a deep plate.
Step 3:
Grate two hundred grams of potatoes boiled in a uniform on a coarse grater into a common plate.
Step 4:
Chop fresh parsley, dill and onion to taste.
Step 5:
Finely chop the greens with a knife.
Step 6:
Cut into a small cube one hundred grams of herring fillet.
Step 7:
Add diced herring to a plate with grated vegetables.
Step 8:
Sprinkle herbs on top to taste.
Step 9:
Mix all the ingredients well together.
Step 10:
Add the slightly heated gelatin slowly to a cup with a hundred grams of mayonnaise and mix well.

Pour the prepared gelatin mass into a large bowl.

We put the prepared herring-vegetable mixture in parts into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

For the first type of snack, lubricate the appropriate form with vegetable oil.

For further preparation of canapes, we fill the form tightly with a herring-vegetable mixture and close it with a cellophane bag and put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Put the boiled chicken eggs cut into medium cubes in a deep bowl.

Pour the remaining gelatin mixture into a bowl with diced chicken eggs.

Thoroughly mix chicken eggs with gelatin mixture.
Step 27:
We lay out a cut cellophane bag on the table and spread the vegetable mixture on it, which we distribute with a spoon in the form of a rectangle half a centimeter thick.
Step 28:
We spread the egg layer on top of the vegetable layer and also distribute it evenly, then sprinkle with herbs on top.
Step 29:
Cut into strips of centimeter-thick fillet of one herring and spread on top of the greens along the large edge of a rectangular shape.

We form and tightly wrap the roll, which we level and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

We spread the portioned herring-vegetable filling from the mold on a cellophane-covered table.
