Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified products according to the list. Crab sticks (one crab stick to put aside whole) need to be slightly frozen and grated on a fine grater. If they rub badly, then cut them very finely. I had them badly rubbed, so I rubbed some of them, cut some very finely. Set aside 1/3 of the grated crab sticks, put the rest in a deep bowl.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add cream cheese to the chopped crab sticks. Cream cheese can be replaced with melted cheese, but it will also need to be grated on a fine grater (pre-freeze a little to make it easier to rub).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Peel the boiled and cooled eggs from the shell and also grate on a fine grater. Add the chopped eggs in a bowl to the previously prepared ingredients.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Peel the garlic cloves and pass through the press, add to the salad. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and also add to the bowl and mix. Try it with salt, add salt if necessary. Remove the prepared mass in the refrigerator for half an hour. It will cool down and it will be easier to make mice out of it.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cut thin strips from a crab stick - these will be the tails of mice. Wash fresh radishes and thinly cut into circles, then cut in half - these will be the ears of mice. Black pepper peas will mimic the nose and eyes. Just don't forget to warn everyone about it, so that they don't eat it together with the mice! Divide the mass into 7-9 parts, roll a ball out of each and shape it into a pear. Roll each billet in the postponed crab chips.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Insert radish ears, black pepper eyes and crab stick tails for each mouse. Put the prepared mice on a beautiful dish, put the pieces of cheese and you can serve them to the table.
