Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Gelatin is poured with milk and left for 30 – 40 minutes.
Step 3:
Turn sweet cheeses, sour cream and sugar into a homogeneous mass using a mixer. Swollen gelatin should be heated to a temperature of 50 — 60 degrees and mix everything.
Step 4:
Pour into a container and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Ready-made curd-sour cream dessert is decorated with chocolate, fruit or coconut chips at your discretion.
