Step 1:

Cut the sausage into 5 mm thick circles and cut out elements for salad decoration - "ears", "hooves", "piglet" and "tail" for "piggy".
Step 11:
Cut the rest of the sausage into cubes.
Step 12:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 13:
Place a molding ring with a diameter of 16 cm on the plate. Lay out the salad ingredients in layers in the following order: potatoes, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mushrooms with onions, carrots, mayonnaise, sausage, greens, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese. Tighten the surface with cling film and put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak it.
Step 14:
Carefully remove the molding ring.
Step 15:
