Step-by-step cooking
1.I fill the potatoes with water and boil them until they are ready.
2.I drain the water, knead it with a pusher and let the mashed potatoes cool down a little.
3.I add salt, egg, sifted flour and knead the dough and form lazy dumplings.
4.I pour water into a saucepan, add salt. I throw dumplings into well-boiling water. I cook the popped dumplings for 2 minutes without closing the lid.
