A simple recipe for potato dumplings for every day. Lazy dumplings are delicious and very tender. You can serve lazy dumplings with butter, sour cream, onion frying, you can add pork rinds, herbs or with any sauce that you like.

1.I fill the potatoes with water and boil them until they are ready.
2.I drain the water, knead it with a pusher and let the mashed potatoes cool down a little.
3.I add salt, egg, sifted flour and knead the dough and form lazy dumplings.
4.I pour water into a saucepan, add salt. I throw dumplings into well-boiling water. I cook the popped dumplings for 2 minutes without closing the lid.
