Orange Juice Gummy Candies

    1. Juice the oranges and lemons. Soak the gelatin in the juice and let it bloom for about 15 minutes. 2. Grate the remaining orange and lemon zest on a fine grater. 3. Pour the juice and gelatin into a saucepan and add the zest and sugar. 4. Set it over low heat and warm, stirring now and then, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve. 5. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Pour it into molds and, once it has cooled a little, transfer to the fridge. 6. Before serving, pop the candies out of the molds and roll them in sugar.
