1. In the evening, pour the flax seeds into a bowl, pour water at room temperature and leave it overnight (pour water so that it covers 1 cm of seeds).
2. In the morning, the seeds will swell, chop them with an immersion blender together with an apple (peel the apple beforehand, remove the core with the seeds).
3. If the porridge turned out to be thicker than we would like, you can dilute a little with drinking water to the desired consistency. You can also supplement the taste with additives in the form of walnuts or prunes, apple slices. It will turn out very tasty!
