Flaxseed Porridge with Water

A tender flaxseed porridge for breakfast — give it a try! It's no secret that you should start the morning not just with a good mood but with a healthy breakfast. Unfortunately, most of us breakfast on a cup of coffee, or skip it entirely. Take my advice and make a healthy porridge from flaxseed :) This porridge won't hurt your figure — quite the opposite!

    1. The evening before, put the flaxseed in a bowl, cover it with room-temperature water, and leave it overnight (add enough water to cover the seeds by about 1 cm).
    1. By morning the seeds will have swelled; blend them with an immersion blender together with an apple (peel and core the apple first).
    1. If the porridge comes out thicker than you'd like, thin it with a little drinking water to the consistency you want. You can also round out the flavor with add-ins like walnuts, prunes, or apple pieces. It'll be delicious!
  • Enjoy, and have a great day!
