Flaxseed porridge with milk thistle

Healthy breakfast for cheerfulness and health! Flax seed porridge is exactly the breakfast that people who take care of their health need! I cook such porridge very often, I am happy with the result))) Sometimes I add milk thistle to the porridge, and to enrich the taste - different fruits. I share the recipe, by all means try it!

1. Flax seeds and milk thistle are filled with water and left overnight.

2. In the morning, peel the bananas, cut into pieces.

3. Put the swollen seeds in the blender bowl, add the prepared bananas, whisk until smooth.

4. Serve on the table garnished with fruit to taste and sprinkled with cocoa.
