Cooking method
1. Flax seeds and milk thistle are filled with water and left overnight.
2. In the morning, peel the bananas, cut into pieces.
3. Put the swollen seeds in the blender bowl, add the prepared bananas, whisk until smooth.
4. Serve on the table garnished with fruit to taste and sprinkled with cocoa.
