Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pour the buckwheat with boiling water for 30-40 minutes, cover with a lid.
Step 2:
Fry the minced meat, add diced tomatoes to it.
Step 3:
Add the contents of half a bag of Maggi bolognese seasoning to the minced meat with tomatoes. (You can have the whole bag, be guided by taste). Add water and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Buckwheat in this case is not necessary to cook, it is enough to let it stand in boiling water. It turns out more juicy in my opinion.
