Cooking method

Step 1:
Pour boiling water over the buckwheat, cover with a lid, and let it stand for 30–40 minutes.

Brown the ground meat, then add the diced tomatoes.

Step 3:
Stir half a packet of Maggi bolognese seasoning into the meat and tomatoes. (You can use the whole packet — go by taste.) Add a splash of water and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- There's no need to actually boil the buckwheat here — simply letting it steep in boiling water is enough. To my mind, it comes out juicier that way.
