- Boil and peel the pork, vegetables, and eggs. 2. Shred the meat into fibers. Grate all the other ingredients, keeping each on its own plate. 3. Build the base of the salad on a serving dish. Start with the boiled meat, spreading it into an even layer, then the grated potatoes, followed by beet and carrots, and finish with the grated eggs and cheese. Repeat the whole sequence of layers from the beginning. Don't forget to brush each new layer with mayonnaise. 4. Shape the salad into a cap and garnish with chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds.
