Cooking method
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add the butter, mix until dissolved and add flour.
Cool the mass a little and introduce the eggs, mix everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.
2. We put strips of dough on a baking sheet, using a pastry bag.
3. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. While the blanks are being baked, cook the syrup from water and sugar. Cook until slightly golden, the drop should be thick.
5. Whisk the proteins to a lush, stable mass, add syrup to it.
6. We assemble the cake, dip the eclairs in cream and put them on a dish.
Decorate the top with cocoa powder, grated nuts or chocolate.
