Mashed broccoli with pumpkin

Very tender, healthy and and quickly prepared! You can decorate the top with pumpkin seeds or crackers. Sourness will appear in the puree if you add a little lemon juice to it. You can serve it separately or use it as a side dish. Rather, start cooking healthy and delicious dishes!

To prepare this recipe, we need:
1. Wash all the vegetables and peel them.

2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces (to cook faster) and put it in a saucepan.

3. Cut the broccoli into small inflorescences and add to the pumpkin.

4. Fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil.

5. Fill all the ingredients with water and put them to cook for about 30 minutes. At the end, add chopped garlic and salt.

6. Our puree is whipped with a blender.

7. Pour into serving plates and serve to the table.
