Clean the udder thoroughly, remove excess fat and soak for about 1 hour, often change the water to a new one. Boil the udder with seasonings until tender. Let it cool down a little.
Scroll through the meat in the meat grinder. Stir in finely chopped onion, squeezed garlic. Add salt and pepper. Enter the egg, and knead the minced meat. We form cutlets and breaded with breadcrumbs.
Fry in sunflower oil until crisp and golden brown. When serving, pour mayonnaise.
