Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We wash our cabbage. And we divide it into bushes. Not very small.
Step 2:
Dip in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Mix eggs, salt, pepper and seasoning in a bowl.
Step 4:
In the second plate we pour breadcrumbs.
Step 5:
On a preheated frying pan with oil, we begin to spread our bushes, first dipping them in an egg, then in breadcrumbs. We roll it well, thickly, so that our cabbage is "sealed".
Step 6:
Fry well on all sides until golden brown.
Step 7:
And voila, our yummy is ready.
