Cauliflower for the Table

Cooking method

Step 1:
Rinse the cauliflower and break it into florets — not too small.

Step 2:
Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Step 3:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and seasoning.

Put the breadcrumbs in a second bowl.

Step 5:
Into a preheated, oiled skillet, add the florets one by one, first dipping each in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Coat them well and thickly so the cauliflower gets a good seal.

Fry well on all sides until golden.

And voilà — your treat is ready.
