Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash the beans, soak them in cold water overnight. Then drain the water, pour 1 liter of pure water and boil for about 1 hour (the cooking time of the beans depends on its variety).
Step 2:
Wash pork ribs, cut into portions and fry in a frying pan. A fat rib usually fries itself. But if the rib is not greasy, then add any fat to the pan.
Step 3:
Spread the fried ribs to the beans and let them cook until ready.
Step 4:
In the same pan where the ribs were fried, we put diced onions, grated carrots and chopped mushrooms. Fry on low heat until the mushrooms are soft.
Step 5:
When the beans and ribs are ready, add the sliced potatoes. Salt, pepper and add oregano.
Step 6:
As well as frying onions, carrots and mushrooms. Let everything boil until the potatoes are ready.
Step 7:
The soup is ready. Bon appetit!!!
