Lavash Roll with Chicken Filling
Crispy lavash rolls with chicken and processed cheese. The recipe is quick and very easy to put together. I've tried making this roll with all sorts of fillings, but this version is my favorite by far!

Cooking method
- Boil the chicken legs, let them cool, pull the meat off the bones, and chop it very finely (you can use a blender). Season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Finely chop the dill, add it to the chicken along with 150 g of mayonnaise, and mix. The filling is ready. 3. Lay out one sheet of lavash, smooth it flat, and spread it with processed cheese. 4. Lay the second sheet of lavash on top, spread it with the remaining mayonnaise, and spread the filling evenly over the whole sheet. 5. Roll it up tightly into a log. 6. Wrap it in foil and refrigerate for about three hours.
