Step 1:
First we need pumpkin pulp. Clean and without seeds.
Step 2:
We cut it traditionally, into cubes, large enough, but not large.
Step 3:
Fill the container with water and boil it together with cloves, pumpkin pieces, cinnamon and sugar, cloves. The fire should not be too strong or weak. As soon as the pumpkin becomes easily pierced with a fork, drain the water.
Step 4:
Pieces of pumpkin are crushed in a food processor / meat grinder.
Step 5:
Mix pumpkin puree with sugar and put it in a clean saucepan.
Step 6:
Evaporate excess water in a saucepan. As the water evaporates, the liquid should become thicker and thicker. When it thickens very much, we distribute vinegar in the mass.
Step 7:
After that, it remains to pour it on a baking dish, or a large cutting board, and let it dry in the sun for three days. The result of our labors will be a beautiful homemade pumpkin marmalade. It can be dried in the oven.
