Step-by-step cooking
We have one neighbor – a Bear-a curious nose. I call him so undignified because he is 4 years old. He periodically seeps through our door, sits down at the kitchen table and sighs, looking at the sweets in the vase. Of course, he always gets his portion of sweets. At the same time, his mother claims that the child does not eat any food. Yesterday we had sausage soup for lunch, and there were no sweets. So this "good-for-nothing" ate a whole cup of soup and said that he would send his mother to us for a recipe.
To make soup, prepare vegetables. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Chop the carrots into small cubes, crush the garlic, cut the leeks into circles. We will defrost the sausages and also cut them into mugs.
Put a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil and lower the potatoes. While the potatoes are cooking, we will make a roast. Fry the leeks in vegetable oil, pour out the pieces of sausages, fry a little. Add the carrots and fry everything for 5 minutes.
Cut the cheese into slices across. After 20 minutes after boiling, we will lower the cheese into the potatoes. After the cheese melts, add the roast, boil for five minutes, salt to taste, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Turn off the heat, add garlic and a couple of spoons of sour cream. The soup is ready.
