In Italy, as everyone knows, vermicelli and other pasta are accepted as the most delicious culinary dish in the world. I propose to prove that we are no worse and I want to offer you a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying meal - milk noodles. Having tried it, anyone can't help but tell you: Grazie signorina!
So, first of all we need to cook homemade noodles. To do this, you need to knead a very tight dough, level it into a thin layer and cut it into thin strips. It is necessary to cook the vermicelli in advance, since it needs to be dried for three days. Then add it to the boiled milk, add butter, salt and sugar with vanilla. When the milk boils and begins to thicken, cover the dish with a lid and put it in the oven for half an hour. After taking out the vermicelli, put it on a dish with a spoon, sprinkle with cream and put it back in the oven. Cook until the vermicelli is browned. The food turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. You can just boil the noodles in milk.
Buono appetito!
