Pasta with vegetables is, in my opinion, the simplest and most useful culinary recipe that a hostess can cook for her household for dinner. In my family, both my children and my husband are very fond of pasta with vegetables. The finished dish turns out to be colorful, bright and extremely tasty. Here is my secret of this cooking recipe for about four servings. I don't boil pasta, I fry it. Fresh or frozen vegetables: onions, carrots, green string beans and corn carcass in vegetable oil, without adding water so that in the end the vegetable mixture has no liquid. Choose a set of vegetables according to your taste. At the same time, I warm up vegetable oil on a nearby stove and pour large pasta into it (shells, horns, foam, ziti, etc.). Over high heat, the pasta immediately changes color - they are fried, so you need to constantly stir for 1-2 minutes so that they become golden. Then add boiled water to the pasta and cover the pan with a lid, do not forget to stir, boil them until ready. Pour the finished pasta into the vegetables, mix lightly, you can add salt to taste and cover with grated cheese. Cover with a lid, hold until the cheese melts.Add olives and tomatoes as a decoration. Well, that's it. Enjoy your meal.
