Step-by-step cooking
When I was little, I couldn't stand soups. Growing up, I realized that there is some special charm in them and now I cook this food with enviable frequency and pleasure. My favorite was a light chicken soup with homemade noodles. If someone else still does not know how to cook it, then I am happy to share the recipe! So, we start by washing the chicken and putting it in a saucepan with 3 liters of water, salt this mass to taste, add pepper and bay leaf. Now put the pan on medium heat, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cook the chicken broth for about 30-40 minutes.
We take up cooking noodles. Namely, beat the chicken egg, add flour to the resulting mass and knead the steep dough. Then we roll it into a layer about 0.5 cm thick and then cut it into strips 0.3-0.5 cm wide and 2-3 cm long. When the chicken is cooked, we take it out and put the potatoes not coarsely chopped into the broth, after a while, we throw in finely chopped onions, carrots and sweet pepper. We cook all this mass for 10 minutes. Then we throw our noodles. While the soup is coming, we separate the chicken flesh from the bones and also put it in the broth. After 5-7 minutes, the soup is ready. We remove it from the fire, pour it on plates. Bon appetit!
