Chicken Gravy with Mushrooms
An exceptionally tasty gravy that's easy to make! "Oh, chicken again!" — that's how my family usually greets me in the kitchen whenever I put together some chicken dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They love not just thighs, breasts, and wings (my go-to for kebabs, by the way) — they're also big fans of the chicken gravy I make from my own recipe.

Cooking method
- Shall we get started? This time I'm making chicken gravy with mushrooms — small button mushrooms are perfect here. Cut the chicken breast into slices, about ¾ inch (2×2 cm), put them in a skillet, and gently cook them in a little butter. Add the mushrooms, sliced thin (or finely chopped, almost like a paste), along with the finely chopped onion. As soon as the mixture comes to a simmer, sprinkle in a little flour, stir well, and pour in the broth — just enough to barely cover the mixture. Simmer this appetizing dish for about 20 minutes, no more. Top generously with grated cheese and bring back to a simmer. Delicious! It works as a gravy or as a dish all on its own.
