Very tasty draniki with meat of Belarusian cuisine, the culinary recipe of which differs in the presence of black radish in the ingredients. It is better to take a small radish with a little juice in it. And squeeze out the excess juice during cooking.
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, then peel them. Cut two potatoes into thin strips. We also cut radishes and onions. Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown. After the onion is removed, leaving the oil. In its place, we spread the radish and fry it until ready. Then we remove it to the onion. And in the remaining oil, fry the potatoes cut into strips. Boiled veal is cut so that the pieces can be divided into separate fibers. After that, we spread the meat to the onion, radish and potatoes. Mix it up. We rub two raw potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out the juice and put it in minced meat and vegetables. We drive in raw eggs and put the cheese grated on a fine grater. Add dry spices to taste and salt as much as necessary. At the very end, put the chopped dill greens, mix. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the resulting mass with a spoon, level and fry on both sides until crisp. Ready-made food is served hot with any vegetable side dish or separately.
