I share a recipe for such a simple meal, even if you don't ask me to do it, but I'm just bursting with the desire to share it with someone. We take the honeydew, wash it, if you have frozen, defrost it, if salty, then they need to be soaked. Pour water into a saucepan, throw mushrooms and cook for about 40 minutes. But here it is necessary to make a reservation that if you do not have any potatoes or buckwheat at hand, then you can cook soup with flour. To do this, fry the flour a little in a dry frying pan, dilute with cold water and add to the soup. Fry onions and carrots in the same place. If there are potatoes, then cut them into cubes, if there is buckwheat – sort and rinse. Naturally, add salt to the soup and cook until the potatoes or buckwheat are cooked, and serve it on the table, sprinkled with herbs and sour cream.
