I once saw blue cheese on the counter and thought that I was hopelessly behind in life. There are people who eat strange cheese, they like it, but I've never even tasted it. And why am I worse? Nothing. Well, I bought it, but I was afraid to eat it, the color confused me too much. So what, to disappear buying? Yes, the money is paid for that? It's just so scary to eat, and if you cook something from it, maybe it will pass with a bang.
Found a cooking recipe called "Dor blue with vegetables" and decided to cook. True, I didn't have what they asked for at that time, but the goal was cunning, replaced something, reduced something and the food turned out not so bad, even the color didn't bother.

Cauliflower and beans boiled in salted water, and together, for only about 10 minutes. So broccoli was needed, but, not having it available, I took pepper. Cut into strips and lightly fried in olive oil. Zucchini was, however, not quite the same, but a zucchini with a funny name spaghetti. Zucchini had to be grated and fried, but with spaghetti everything is easier. My zucchini and boil it. Then we cut it, and we find vegetable spaghetti inside, it remains to get them out with a tablespoon. Mix the vegetables and herbs, it is better not to cut it, but to tear it with your hands, salt, pour the juice of half a lemon. Cut the cheese into small cubes. We put the vegetables in the creamers, sprinkle with cheese and add a little olive oil. Everything can be consumed.
