  • I love sweets, especially the ones I make myself from wholesome ingredients — and to me, that means vegetables and fruit. Desserts like these turn out really tasty, and they're gentle enough that even young children can enjoy them, since they're completely harmless. One of them is this pumpkin dessert, and that's the recipe I wanted to share with you now!
  • Start by washing the pumpkin, peeling it, scooping out the seeds, and cutting it into medium pieces. Put the prepared pumpkin and one quince into boiling water and boil them for about 10 minutes, then lift them out. Cut the quince into pieces and remove the seeds. Put the quince and pumpkin in a blender along with the honey, half the almonds, and a spoonful of cream or olive oil, and blend until smooth. Spoon the creamy mixture into dessert dishes, top with grapes, and grate the nutmeg and remaining almonds over the top. A wonderfully tasty and wholesome dessert is ready!
