Cooking method
As you may have guessed, having looked into what this culinary recipe is, our soup will be very unusual, unlike traditional food, which we call the first course.
This beef soup is different from the usual soups. And, I think, many have understood what is different – the presence of plum pastille.
In principle, everything is simple. Cook beef broth, strain it. Cut the fragrant meat into pieces. Put the chopped meat in the strained broth. Here we also add potatoes that have been coarsely chopped.
While the potatoes are cooking, fry the onions. We will also make a roast of flour – having fried the flour, we will dilute it with broth. When the potatoes are ready, add fried onions and diluted flour to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. And then add salt and pepper to the beef soup, as well as plum paste, rubbed through a sieve and crushed. Then we wait a few minutes and - done! ,
The soup is served sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. You can add sour cream and dill.
