Step-by-step cooking
Now I will tell you how to cook this dish. So, we start by carefully washing beef ribs in running water. After that, we cut them into pieces, fill them with cool water and put them on fire. When the water boils, reduce the flame and cook until the beef is fully cooked.
Now remove the meat from the broth and place the pre-washed peas. Cook the beans for 25-30 minutes. Now finely chop the onion. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the onion and fry it until transparent with ground cumin.
Now we add all this mass to the pan with peas. Let the soup boil, remove from the heat and cool. Then we puree it in a blender and pour it back into the pan.
Add the chopped pieces of meat to the soup and boil again. Ready soup is poured on plates, served decorated with herbs.
