Porcini mushrooms are noble mushrooms. And although their price is quite high, it is from them that the best dishes are obtained. In general, I really like all kinds of soups, including mushrooms. That's why now I would like to share with you a culinary recipe for food - porcini mushroom soup. To begin with, of course, we select porcini mushrooms, since boletus, like many other mushrooms, darken when cooked. Then we wash, thoroughly clean (at the same time we reject the wormy ones) and cut into small slices. After that, we wash them well again and put them on medium heat to cook. After the mushrooms boil, it is necessary to remove the foam. Then we salt the mass, throw a few peas of black pepper (to taste). At this time, peel the potatoes, cut them into small slices and throw them into the soup. Now we take the onion and chop it, then fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden and add it to the broth that is being prepared. After about 10 minutes, add finely chopped herbs and green onions.- The soup is ready.
