Beat eggs with sugar, salt, pour milk with water, vegetable oil.

Pour in the pre-sifted flour.

Put the dough on the table and knead well.

Divide into two parts and roll into two sausages.

Cut the sausages into small pieces.

And boil them in salted water. After boiling, the dumplings should cook for five minutes.

Frying: chop onions, grate carrots on a fine grater. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.

Put the dumplings on a plate, put a spoon of toasting on top.
