Cooking method
I lived in America for several years and got acquainted there with a huge number of amazing culinary recipes. They generally have a special attitude to the cooking process. Of course, many Americans eat mostly fast food, due to lack of time. But if they cook at home, then this is truly an art. American cuisine is famous for sophisticated dishes and unusual combinations of products. Now I have returned to Russia, but I took with me a couple of unique recipes, one of which I want to introduce you to. So, for today our task is a frieze salad with poached egg and bacon. To begin with, I take the bacon, cut it into small pieces and fry it. I put a napkin on the plate. I put bacon on it in order to stack the excess fat. I do not pour out the remaining fat in the pan, but fry shallots on it. For roasting, I need to cut it into half rings. I pour hot water, add a little vinegar to it. I pour the raw egg into this water with vinegar and put it on a slow fire until the poached egg is completely curdled. In the fried onion, I add a thoroughly washed frieze salad in advance. There's also champagne vinegar and I'll put it out a little. I add bacon to the pan. I salt and mix. Now I put the salad on a plate, and put a poached egg on top of it. Before I serve this delicious dish to the table, be sure to salt and pepper. And now our incomparable salad is ready. After your guests taste this masterpiece of American art, you may not even think about special invitations for the holidays.
