  • First, hard-boil the 5 eggs — this takes no more than 7 minutes. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and mash them in a separate bowl. Add the mayonnaise to the yolks and mix thoroughly. Spoon this filling back into the egg-white halves. The base is ready, so now for the topping. Slice the salmon lengthwise into thin strips and roll each one up — it ends up looking like a little rose. Set a salmon rose on each stuffed egg half and garnish with fresh herbs. Arrange them on a platter, and within a couple of minutes you'll be soaking up compliments from your amazed guests! Your salmon-stuffed eggs are ready. Treat your guests to something special!
