So, first we cook 5 eggs, it will take no more than 7 minutes. Now we cut them lengthwise into 2 halves. Take out the yolks and grind them in a separate bowl. Add mayonnaise to the yolks and mix thoroughly. The resulting mass is stuffed with halves of egg whites. The base is ready, we proceed to the filling. We cut the salmon along with thin strips. We wrap them in rolls. It turns out something similar to a rose. We put a salmon rose on the half of the stuffed egg and decorate with greens. We spread it on the dishes and after a couple of minutes we receive compliments from the amazed guests!
