Cooking method
I was convinced that the taste of romano salad and a good ripe avocado is not only very harmonious, but, in my opinion, is generally great. Are you currently in search of a similar combination, similar food to your taste, or are you looking for new recipes? Or maybe you are waiting for guests and thinking – what to decorate the festive table with? Then I advise you not to miss the recipe, born as a result of the absence of one of the necessary ingredients!
Cobb salad – have you heard of such a delight? So I've been wanting to cook this miracle for a very long time. Having bought a head of Romano salad with a good ripe avocado, I was already anticipating the extraordinary taste and the pleasure with which both I and my whole family will taste this original salad. However, when I was almost ready to cook this delicious dish, it turned out that there was no bacon and blue cheese, such necessary ingredients for a salad, in any nearby store. What to do, there is nowhere to go, and I decided to experiment. That's what came out of it.
And it will turn out just a gorgeous hearty salad, which, for well-known reasons, I will not dare to call a cobb salad.
Well, shall we get started? We are not afraid, because everything new is well–forgotten old! Cut each egg into six slices. And tomatoes with avocado and chicken cut into cubes. Salad is romantic (isn't it an original thing?) we'll just tear with our hands. We will put all these cute pieces on the bottom of the salad bowl, preferably deep enough. And now the most important thing is to lay out all the other components of our unusual salad on top of all this beauty with stripes.
Oh, please don't forget about the sauce! To make it, combine vinegar with mustard, olive oil and crushed feta. We fill the salad with dressing just before serving!
