Step-by-step cooking
Probably, each of us in the shower is a sweet! Therefore, I decided to demonstrate my culinary recipe for making sherbet at home!
Preparing such food is very simple. First you need to cook a jar of condensed milk. Although now you can find ready-made in stores. But, if you decide to cook it yourself, you will have to wait 2 hours.
1 part. We put a small saucepan on the fire and pour the milk there. Stirring, add cocoa and dissolve it completely in milk. Spread the butter into the resulting mixture. As soon as the butter melts, remove from the heat and cool. Then add boiled condensed milk.
2 part. In a separate large deep plate, you need to crumble the cookies. It is best to break cookies into pieces. I do not recommend using a blender, because only crumbs will turn out. Add walnuts and raisins to the liver (optional).
Pour the prepared milk mixture into the resulting mass with a thin stream, stirring constantly!
We put the resulting porridge in a plastic bag in the form of a roll. We put the sherbet in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours!
Our homemade sherbet is ready! Bon appetit!
