Step 1:

For the marinade, you need to mix soy sauce, butter and sugar. Garlic should be passed through a garlic chopper or just finely chopped. It is necessary to salt the marinade quite a bit, there is enough salt in soy sauce. Place the wings in the prepared mixture, mix well and send them to the refrigerator for three hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3:
Before frying the wings, the pan should be warmed up well. Do not add oil, it is already in the marinade.
Step 4:
Fry the wings on both sides for five minutes until golden brown. Make sure that they do not burn, because there is sugar in the marinade. I didn't follow a little)

Finally, I sent the frying pan with the wings to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, so that they were exactly cooked. Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe.
Wings for this dish are best taken fresh, not frozen. Some cut off the upper part of the wing, there is almost no meat there, but we like to crunch it, so I left it. You can also add grated ginger and hot pepper to the marinade, then the taste of the dish will be a little Asian. There are many recipes for chicken marinades. It will be delicious to mix mayonnaise and ketchup, you can make sour cream and garlic, I made wings in yogurt. In addition to frying, they can be baked in the oven and cooked on the grill. There are even recipes for the microwave. Wings fried in batter or breadcrumbs will be very tasty, however, and the calorie content of the dish will then increase significantly. As a side dish, vegetables and some kind of sauce are best suited. You can have ketchup, you can have sour cream or yogurt-mustard. And be sure to eat them with your hands!
