Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The products are simple and affordable and will always be found in every home. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into strips or cubes, as you like.
Step 2:
It is better to rinse the sliced potatoes again to remove excess starch and throw it into a colander so that the water runs off and the potatoes dry up. Potatoes are best used for frying non-crumbly varieties so that they do not turn into mashed potatoes during cooking.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, turn on the fire, heat it up. Put the potatoes in boiling oil, reduce the heat to medium and fry the potatoes over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Often potatoes cannot be fried during frying, otherwise they may fall apart. If you want the potatoes to turn out soft, then you need to fry the potatoes in a frying pan under a closed lid and only at the end remove the lid and let the potatoes turn brown.
Step 4:
To get ruddy and crispy fried potatoes during the entire cooking process, you need to fry without closing the pan with a lid. Add salt and spices to the frying pan with potatoes, if desired, you can use a ready-made seasoning for potatoes, it includes turmeric, which will give the potatoes a beautiful golden hue. Gently mix the potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, we drive chicken eggs into a bowl, beat them with a fork so that the yolks and whites disperse. Pour the egg mixture over all the potatoes in a frying pan. You can just drive chicken eggs right into a frying pan with potatoes, mix the ingredients quickly and carefully, or leave them whole, as you like.
Step 6:
Close the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum. Fry potatoes with eggs for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid, let the dish dry. Turn off the fire and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
