Cooking method
1. We clean the bream from the scales, cut the abdomen lengthwise, clean out the insides, cut off the fins.
2. The carcass is thoroughly washed under running water outside and inside, dried with a paper towel.
3. We make horizontal incisions along the carcass, about 0.5 cm deep. So the fish is better fried inside.
4. Rub the bream with salt inside and out, breaded in corn flour.
5. Spread the fish in well-heated vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the bream on the table hot, garnished with a slice of lemon and fresh herbs.
