At the end of autumn, my husband and I went to the forest for mushrooms several times. Basically, they recruited opyat with him. Of course, it was not possible to eat them all at once, so I froze some of the mushrooms. And now from time to time I cook some kind of food from honey for my family. The other day I was cooking such a dish as fried honey mushrooms in sour cream, and now I will tell you about this culinary recipe. To begin with, we thoroughly wash the mushrooms, clean them, rinse them again and boil them in slightly salted clean water for about 5-7 minutes. After that, drain the water, dry the mushrooms. When the mushrooms cool down, cut them into 2-3 parts (if the mushrooms are small, they should not be cut) and then fry with finely chopped onions in a frying pan with oil until almost ready. Almost at the end of frying, add sour cream to the honeydew and mix well. After that, fry the mushrooms for another couple of minutes. The honeydew should be served on the table with fresh herbs.
