Pan-Fried Pork Pieces with Onions
An easy, very filling dish. Pork pieces pan-fried with onions come together quite quickly. It's best to let the meat marinate for at least 15 minutes so it turns out more tender. Onion pairs beautifully with pork and is cut into large pieces. Serve the fried pork and onions with roasted or boiled potatoes, rice, or millet.
