Peel the loaf and soak it in milk

Put the cutlets into a ceramic mold.

Dilute the flour with a small amount of water and pour it into the sauce. Pour constantly stirring. Cook until bubbles appear, cook with constant stirring. Do not forget to add salt to the sauce. You can add your favorite spices.
Step 10:
Pour the sauce over the cutlets and send them to the oven. I make it in a ceramic mold, so I put it in a cold oven and then turn on the heating. In this mode, the cutlets are stewed for about an hour.

Get the dish and you can put it in portions.
