Cooking method
- Make a dough from the flour, warm water, yeast, and salt, and let it rest for 30 to 40 minutes. Roll the dough out into a very thin sheet, brush it with butter, and roll it up around a thin rolling pin. Cut it lengthwise into 2 strips and coil each one into a round. Tuck the ends of the strips under and pinch them to seal. Press each round down lightly, roll it out, and make a hole in the middle, then let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Fry over medium heat in vegetable oil on both sides. Dust the finished flatbreads with powdered sugar if you like. Enjoy!
