Step-by-step cooking
Knead flour, warm water, yeast and salt dough and leave for 30-40 minutes .
Roll out the dough into a very thin layer, grease with butter and roll up with a thin rolling pin.
Cut lengthwise into 2 strips, which are rolled into circles. Turn up the ends of the strips and pinch. Lightly press down, roll out, making a hole in the middle, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Fry on medium heat in vegetable oil on both sides.
Ready-made tortillas can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
