Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to cook such a dish from zucchini of milk ripeness when they have a tender and thin skin, and the core with seeds has not yet been formed. However, if only mature zucchini are at hand, this is not a reason to deny yourself such a dish, it is enough to peel them, and cut the pulp into rings. My zucchini, cut into thin circles.
Step 2:
If you want the dish to be more satisfying and nutritious, you can use egg and flour batter for cooking, or just roll it in flour. But in this case, the dish turns out not only more satisfying, but also more high-calorie. The flour absorbs more oil in which we fry the zucchini, but it turns out tastier, the circles of zucchini get a crispy crust. Pour wheat flour on a plate and roll the zucchini circles on both sides.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up. To make the dish more useful, vegetable oil can be replaced with olive oil. Spread the circles of zucchini on the heated oil. Salt and pepper the zucchini in a frying pan to taste. Fry the zucchini circles on medium heat on one side until ruddy, 2-3 minutes is enough, but it depends on the thickness of the zucchini circles.
Step 4:
When they turn brown, turn them over to the other side. Fry until browned and on the second side.
Step 5:
Remove the circles of zucchini from the pan on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Then we transfer the zucchini to a serving dish. While the zucchini are being fried, we peel a few cloves of garlic from the husk, pass them through a press or rub them on a fine grater.
Step 6:
Sprinkle chopped garlic on hot fried zucchini. Mayonnaise sauce made from mayonnaise with garlic and fresh herbs is perfect for such a dish, but naturally, it also increases the calorie content of the dish.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the zucchini with finely chopped fresh herbs and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
