Cooking method
1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer .
2 Add the sifted flour and soda slaked in vinegar. Whisk again. The density should resemble the dough for pancakes .
2. Mine and cut the apples into slices.
3. Mix the dough and apples. Optionally, you can add vanilla or cinnamon.
4. Heat the pan well, grease it with vegetable oil and spread the dough with apples.
5. Fry on low heat for 30-40 minutes until a ruddy crust forms.
