Cooking method
1. Cut the liver sausage into circles.
2. In a bowl, break the eggs, add salt, ground black pepper.
3. Beat the eggs with a whisk until completely homogeneous.
4. In a separate dish, we pour breadcrumbs.
5. Pieces of liver sausage are dipped in egg mixture, then breaded in breadcrumbs.
6. Immediately spread on a preheated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
7. Spread on a paper towel - let the excess fat soak in.
You can serve it on the table simply with bread or a salad of fresh vegetables. Try it, choose the perfect side dish for yourself.
