Fried eggplant with minced meat in batter

Cooking method
1. Cut eggplants slightly obliquely into 0.5 - 1 cm thick slices;
2. Add salt to the slices, mix, leave for 15 minutes;
3. Add chopped garlic, spices, salt to the minced meat, mix;
4. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, mix;
5. Spread minced meat on a slice of eggplant - about 1 tbsp.l.;
6. Roll the slice with minced meat in flour, then in egg;
7. Fry the slice on both sides until cooked in well-heated oil in a frying pan over low heat;
8. Put the finished slices on paper napkins;
9. Serve with vegetables or salad. Bon appetit and summer mood!
