Wash the liver, dry it, remove the film and cut into large pieces.

Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, beat the egg with salt, sugar, soda and garlic passed through the press.

Pour the resulting mixture over the pieces of liver and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, you can also leave overnight.
Step 5:
Fry the peeled and sliced onion in a small amount of vegetable oil. Put it on a plate.
Step 6:
Roll each marinated piece of liver in corn flour and put it in a preheated frying pan in which the onion was fried.
Step 7:
Add a little oil and fry on both sides until golden brown (3 minutes on each side).
Step 8:
When the liver is evenly browned, sprinkle it with fried onions, stir, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Check readiness by cutting a piece. If there is no pink inside, it's done!
