Easy to prepare, fast and delicious dish. Turkey liver is the liver, not the liver (as the notorious Ilya Lazerson says, the liver is an organ, and the product should be called the liver).
So, for cooking you will need a set of products that are available almost constantly in the refrigerator of any housewife: liver, sour cream, onion and salt. That's it!
Wash the liver, clean it from the ducts, cut it in half and in half again - however, this is a matter of taste.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the chopped onion.
Add the prepared liver to the onion, fry quickly on one side, turn over and fry on the other.
Add sour cream, salt, cover and simmer until tender (5-7 minutes), the more the liver is fried, the drier it becomes.
Serve with any side dish or just with bread - a very tasty sauce turns out, which is good to pick up with a piece of bread - very appetizing!
